  • On the Bike we will Ride Hard and Off the Bike you will do various Body and or Weighted exercises , always in different formats.

CIRCUIT 

  • 30 Mins of an Intense Cardio Experience with a Series of 5 different exercises performed in a rotation with minimal rest.
  • Get your Heart Rate up and Challenge your Muscular Strength and Endurance
  • We will utilize everything and anything from Body weight to Kettle bells , Dumbbells, Med Balls, Pull up bars, Walls....etc...
