We believe that the ability to move, bend and stretch - especially as we age - is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

Through guided group stretch classes,  our goal is to help improve mobility, increase flexibility and gain strength so you can continue doing the things you love - like staying healthy in the gym or playing with grandkids or simply feeling good getting out of bed.

Here, we stretch with intention. 

We stretch to prevent injuries, to eliminate aches and pains, to relieve stress, to relax mentally and physically, to improve range of motion, to increase circulation, and to gain flexibility and mobility. 

Our membership is made up of all genders, ages, and abilities - and a variety of backgrounds. From athletes and regular gym-goers, to those who work at a desk or would like to become more active and able. 

Simplest of all, stretching just feels good. And things that make us feel good help reduce stress. Stretching is self-care - a powerful reminder of how you can feel if you took the time to allow restorative movement.
