I came to Lisa at a low point in my running career. I'd always been a middle of the pack marathon and 50k runner, but a hamstring injury had left me barely able to run 3 miles without significant pain. I started classes with Lisa 3 times a week and immediately fell in love with Bootcamp. The changes in my body were rapid and dramatic. Within a month, I was back to running comfortably. Within 3 months I was back to running marathons. Now, 8 months since starting Bootcamp, I've run my first 50 mile and 100K race and am planning on running my first 100 mile race in January. While Lisa is not a running coach, her balanced workouts gave me the cross training I needed to take my running to the next level. Each class if different, challenging, and tons of fun. Be ready to work hard and endure some discomfort, but the results are well worth it!
